Type ONe

Enneagram Type 1 is part of the Body Center or Instinctive Triad, which also includes Types 8 and 9. Each triad represents a different way of processing information and dealing with emotions.

This triad is driven by instinct and deals with issues of control, power, and survival. Type 1s in this triad are characterized by a strong connection to their physical bodies and a desire for control and perfection.

Type 1, 2, and 3: These types are known as the "Competency" or "Success" Triad. Type 1s in this triad are motivated by a desire to be good and do what is right. They value excellence and have high standards for themselves and others. They may struggle with anger or frustration when they feel that things are not going according to plan.
