Type Three

STRESS

Type three individuals are generally driven by success, achievement, and recognition. Under stress, they may become overly competitive, workaholic, and obsessed with their public image. They may struggle with feelings of inadequacy or failure and may become fixated on achieving external validation.

In stressful situations, type threes may become anxious and restless, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to prove themselves. They may also become detached from their emotions and relationships, seeing them as distractions from their goals. This can lead to a sense of emptiness or loneliness, despite their outward success.
