Type six

STRESS

Type six in the Enneagram personality system tends to experience stress when they perceive a lack of security or safety in their environment or relationships. They may become overly anxious and worried, constantly scanning their surroundings for potential threats or dangers.

In times of stress, type six may also struggle with decision-making, as they become overly cautious and indecisive. They may seek the advice and guidance of others, but may also be hesitant to trust those around them.

Additionally, type six may become overly skeptical and suspicious of others in times of stress, assuming that everyone has hidden agendas or motives. This can lead to difficulties in relationships and a sense of isolation.

Type six may also experience physical symptoms of stress, such as headaches, stomachaches, and insomnia. It is important for them to find healthy coping mechanisms and sources of support during stressful times.
